Millie’s Learning Mat was created with a heartfelt mission: to nurture the young ones in our community and plant seeds of hope and love in their lives. In areas burdened by poverty, children often find themselves navigating life on their own while their parents work tirelessly to provide for their families.

We aim to change that by offering a safe, joyful space where children can learn English and, most importantly, discover the profound love of Jesus. "Millie" is short for Milagros, the Spanish word for "miracles," and our hope is to witness these little miracles unfold in the lives of the children we serve.

Each session at Millie’s Learning Mat is filled with learning, fun, and care. Children participate in English and Bible classes, enjoy crafts and games, and end the day with a tasty snack. Though we may not see the fruits of our efforts in our lifetime, we trust that the seeds of faith and knowledge planted here will one day flourish in their hearts and lives.
